About Rosa
Rosa studied Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam. She started her career in 2003 as a lawyer at a medium-sized firm in Amsterdam.
In 2009 Rosa made the move to the Arbitration Board for the Construction Industry. As secretary, she was responsible for advising arbitrators during arbitrations and drafting awards. She has gained a lot of experience with construction law and procedural law at the Council.
Specializations
After years of living and working in London, Rosa decided to return to the legal profession and joined the AMS team as a lawyer. Rosa works in various civil law files in the field of construction law, contract law and real estate law. In addition, Rosa handles various debt collection cases.
Due to her many years of residence in England, she speaks and writes English fluently.
