About Denise
Denise studied Dutch Law at the University of Amsterdam and obtained her Master’s in Commercial Legal Practice there. During her studies, she gained experience at the Bijlmermeer legal aid centre and completed internships with several practices including AMS Advocaten.
Specialisations
She has been employed by AMS since February 2019, with a particular focus on Dutch property law (including Dutch commercial tenancy law) and Dutch construction law. In addition, she also has broad knowledge of Dutch contract law and debt collection in the Netherlands.
