Quorum

Quorum refers to the minimum number of attendees required to hold a valid meeting or to adopt a resolution. Under Dutch law resolutions adopted at a meeting where the quorum was not met, are null and void.

In some case a quorum for certain decisions is  set by Dutch law. Also the articles of association of a legal person can prescribe when a quorom is required.
